Oranmore Precast is the leader in offsite manufacturing, being one of the earlier adaptors of Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA ) we produce a superior product in a factory controlled environment allowing our clients' projects to be delivered in a quicker, safer and more environmentally friendly manner.

HOLLOWCORE SCALE
Largest precast producer in the U.K.
Oranmore Precast has two state-of-the-art precast manufacturing facilities, located in Brandon and Lound. Our company has the capacity to offer several precast products to the UK market. Our hollowcore capacity is 10,000sq.m per week, which alone makes us one of the largest manufacturers in Great Britain. We offer a wide range of Hollowcore depths ranging from 150mm, 200mm, 250mm, 320mm, 350mm, 400mm 450mm right up to 500mm.
The manufacturing plant has been originally designed to reduce its environmental impact and incorporate a safe workplace. With our ideal location for nationwide deliveries and haulage companies locally facilitated we are further reducing our carbon footprint.
Our team has over 30 years of experience in manufacturing precast and providing the UK market. We understand what the expectations are of our clients and our focus is to provide high-quality products and services for both big and small contracts.

We are also proud to say that our precast manufacturing facilities are amongst the most environmentally sustainable in Europe with a focus on safety and the environment. We have ISO 14001 accreditation and with one of our plants being located deep in the Tethford forest we are cognisant of our potential impact on our surrounding environment.
As with all manufacturing process there is an inevitability that there will be some waste products.
At Oranmore we crush 100% of this and create a building product that is used within the industry.
Our dual plant location allows us to select which plant is geographically convenient to our customers' projects, which results in a reduced carbon footprint associated with precast product deliveries.
