Oranmore Precast played a crucial role in the construction of High Rise building NO6 in London’s East Village. The manufacture of precast concrete components for this innovative project were delivered offsite at our Brandon plant. Working alongside Mace and contractor PCE, NO6 consists of two residential towers - 26 and 31 storeys.

Through collaboration with contractor PCE, Oranmore Precast contributed significantly by using unique offsite construction methods at our Brandon facility. We produced over 6660m3 of precast concrete slabs, 1048m3 of precast columns, 237m3 staircases, as well as walls and lattice components, all delivered weekly over several months.

Mace Tech's accelerated offsite construction approach completed one floor per week, speeding up the process by 25% compared to traditional methods. This innovative sequence involved simultaneous construction of façade, structure, utilities, and bathroom pods, achieving efficient floor-by-floor completion.
